Union Minister for Road Transport and Highways, Nitin Gadkari, launched the book ‘Threaded Tales Of Vidarbha’ on July 31, 2025, in New Delhi. The book, initiated by Dr. M Beena, Development Commissioner (Handlooms), Ministry of Textiles, in collaboration with the Fashion Design Council of India (FDCI) and renowned designer Shruti Sancheti, showcases the rich handloom heritage of the Vidarbha region.
