- Client-Initiated Cancellations: Clients may request the cancellation of services at any time. However, cancellations must be submitted in writing via email or through other written communication channels specified in the contract.
- Cancellation Fees: Depending on the stage and type of service, a cancellation fee may apply. Specific terms regarding cancellation fees will be included in your service agreement or contract.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued based on the specific terms of your contract and are subject to the following guidelines:
- Web Design and Mobile App Design Services:
- If the cancellation request is received before the project has commenced, a full refund will be issued.
- If the project is in progress, a partial refund may be issued based on the completed project milestones. Fees for completed milestones are non-refundable.
- Digital Marketing Services:
- Digital marketing services require significant planning and resources. If a cancellation request is submitted before the campaign begins, a full refund may be issued.
- If the campaign has started, refunds will be provided based on the unused portion of the campaign or services, minus any costs already incurred.
- Industrial Training Programs:
- Cancellations received prior to the start of the training program may qualify for a full or partial refund, depending on the time of cancellation.
- Cancellations after the start of the training program will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Certain services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Services that have been fully delivered and completed.
- Customized work or materials that have already been developed or produced specifically for the client.
- Payments made to third-party vendors on behalf of the client, including software licenses and advertising costs.
4. Refund Processing
- Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within 10-15 business days after receiving the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
5. Changes to Cancellation and Refund Policy
Ranjan Technologies reserves the right to modify this Cancellation and Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
